Cookies
This site uses cookies through Google Analytics, WooCommerce, and may use cookies through Google Ads and Meta to understand how visitors use the site, keep your cart working, and support advertising efforts. For full details on how cookies are used, see Part 3 of this page.
How we use your information
Analytics data is used to improve the site experience. Order and customer data is used only to fulfil your purchase and provide support. We may also use anonymised data to measure the performance of our ads on Google and Meta. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties outside of what is described in this policy.
Who on our team has access
Store administrators and shop managers have access to order and customer information, including what was purchased, when, billing and shipping details, and contact information. This access is used only to fulfil orders and provide support.
What we share with others
We share information only with third parties who help us run our store, process orders, and support our advertising. This includes:
- Payment processors (see Stripe details below)
- Google Analytics, for site usage data
- Google Ads, for conversion tracking and ad performance measurement
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for conversion tracking and ad performance measurement via the Meta Pixel
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone else.
Payments — Stripe
Payments on this site are processed securely by Stripe. When you complete a purchase, your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe may collect your name, payment card details, billing address, and IP address to process transactions and prevent fraud.
Stripe operates under its own privacy policy, which you can review at stripe.com/privacy. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
